ISO 9001: This International Standard provides the fundamental concepts, principles for quality management systems (QMS) and provides the foundation for other QMS standards. This International Standard proposes a well-defined QMS, based on a framework that integrates established fundamental concepts, principles, processes and resources related to quality, in order to help organizations realize their objectives. It is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size, complexity or business model.

ISO 27001: Information is an asset which like another important business asset, has a value to the organization and consequently needs to be suitably protected. Forms of information such as Paper, Disks, Verbal, Video, Audio, Optical Drives, People, etc. This is especially important in the increasingly interconnected business environment. As a result of this increasing interconnectivity, information is now exposed to a growing number and a wider variety of threats and vulnerabilities. Therefore, Information security is the protection of information from a wide range of threats in order to ensure business continuity, minimize business risk, and maximize return on investments and business opportunities. ISO 27001:2013 is an information security standard that was published on the 25 September 2013. It is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS).
