Approach for process facilitation services as below :

• Review Process definition and documentation with reference to the framework requirements and identified gaps.
  • For existing processes, ITPACTS would suggest the improvements as required.
  • For Missing processes, ITPACTS would provide the sample templates or guidance for procedure, forms and checklists etc.
